SEO: URL Structure
Title tags and Descriptions down, now it is time to officially get into the nuts and bolts of the website itself, the way your page is being displayed, the actual logistics of your URL, from structure to navigation. First and foremost, the URL itself. URL structure should be simple, always, and if you haven’t noticed, that’s kind of a reoccurring theme throughout SEO. Simple is better almost always. In the URL itself, aim to include words that help convey information to the visitors about the page’s actual content. In this, you can include keywords or even the title of the article or content itself, and it goes to show that doing this matters much more than allowing a generic numerical entry to take its place.
